Freight Delivery & Shipping Terms/Conditions

Read Carefully Before Accepting Your Order

DELIVERIES
==> Have someone ready to help with unloading the freight. Drivers are not obligated to assist.

==> Inspect the shipment for exterior and/or concealed damage while the truck driver waits.

==> If you sign for the shipment free and clear, you own it. Freight companies will turn down any further claims, and there will be no recourse for broken or damaged items.

==> If you decide to accept the shipment with damages, mark the freight bill damaged. This will help the claim process.

==> If you refuse the shipment, let us know immediately so that we can authorize a return to repair the goods.

SHIPPING & GENERAL GUIDELINES
DO NOT ACCEPT DELIVERY OF ANY DAMAGED PRODUCT.

Orders received before 11 AM Central Standard Time are generally processed the same day; however, we cannot guarantee shipment or delivery dates.

Deliveries will not be made to unoccupied addresses, PO Boxes or International Addresses.

Shipping charges are not included in our prices. In order to keep shipping cost at a minimum, we ship orders from the warehouse closest to the customer.

All Slatwall, Showcases and other heavy merchandise are shipped via freight truck (LTL) which requires the customer to unload at curbside. Questions regarding shipping and lead times for all LTL shipments can be placed in the Order Notes field (located directly above the Submit button on the order form) when you order. Crating charges may apply. Approximate Lead Times will be noted when freight is quoted.

FREIGHT QUOTES:
For all items the system does not automatically calculate freight for, a freight quote will be sent via email within 48 business hours to the email address provided in your order.

To request a Freight Quote: Place all items to be quoted including all options desired into the Cart and process the order with QUOTE selected as the Payment Method. A freight quote for these items will be sent via email within 48 business hours to the email address provided in your order.

Once the email with freight quote has been approved, the payment will be processed. If Quote was selected as the Payment Method, you will need to provide an updated Payment Method for processing.

Freight will be quoted as requested. If additional services are requested or required at the time of delivery, the additional costs will be the customers responsibility. Please note in the Order Notes if you need a lift gate, inside delivery or call ahead services. Please also note if the delivery location is any of the following: school, church, mall, shopping strip, construction site.
