Deliveries require signature, therefore, deliveries will not be made to unoccupied addresses or PO Boxes. Shipping charges are not included in our prices. In order to keep shipping cost at a minimum, we ship orders from the warehouse closest to customer. Slatwall and other heavy merchandise is shipped by truck which requires customer to unload at curbside. A $45 crating charge (per pallet) applies to all Slatwall orders. For shipping quotes or additional information contact customer service. RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS Slatwall Panels are custom orders; therefore, cannot be returned. Returns will not be accepted without an approved returned merchandise authorization number (contact customer service). All returned merchandise must be in its original condition including packaging. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee as well as shipping charges. Customer is also responsible for shipping cost to return items. DO NOT ACCEPT DELIVERY OF ANY DAMAGED PRODUCT.
